Delivery of Creatives
Ad creatives should be delivered:
5 working days before the start of the campaign: Flash ads, special solutions, third party tags and all other than picture formats (GIF, JPG and PNG).
3 working days before the start of the campaign: Picture formats GIF, JPG and PNG
Please note that if the material is delivered late the campaign cannot be quaranteed to start as planned.
Please deliver the creatives to the delivery addresses of the media Kindly provide the following information with the delivery of creatives:
- Customer and campaign name
- Ad creatives
- Back-up gif in one of the following formats: GIF/JPG/PNG
- URL target address, which opens when the ad is clicked (or info if there will not be a target at all)
- Campaign duration and time
- Name of media
- Section/place of the ad
- Contact info (telephone and email of the material deliverer)
Recommended way to name the ad creatives is the following (without spaces or other special characters):
Campaign-starting-year-and-week_Campaign-name_media_section_place_lengthXheight_version-number
For example: 0819_Panasonic_Iltalehti_frontpage_leaderboard_728x90_version2.swf
Replacing creatives Ad creatives may be replaced once per place during campaign time. Change in third party tag creatives must always be informed separately. The new creatives must be delivered normally in advance (5-3 days, see above).
